Montgomery County Parents Nutrition and Physical Activity Survey
In preparation for the April 22nd Delegates Assembly on nutrition and physical education/activity, the MCCPTA Health Committee has developed a survey and we�d like to get as much input as possible from parents in Montgomery County.
Please click on the link below and fill out the brief survey there are 10 questions related to school nutrition issues and 10 related to school physical education and activity – it should not take more than a few minutes to complete. The information we collect will help us target the discussion on April 22nd.
