PTA Meeting 2/19 Guest Speaker on Internet Safety
Please join us at 7:00 for the General PTA Meeting on February 19. Guest speakers Jennifer Firestone, LCSW – C, JSSA Clinical Social Worker and Shelley Lipton, Program Socialist, Montgomery County Police will discuss the importance of internet safety, prevention strategies and practical tips in keeping children safe. Also, learn what the Sex Offender Registry is, how it works, and how to access it. With kids on the frontlines of internet activity, it is imperative that parents and educators learn how to keep teens safe.
